Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The program was very satisfying and the trainer was very knowledgeable on the subject. Ayisha was excellent from start to finish of course. She helped a lot and was available at all times.

Topics and examples were very informative that can apply to different type of organization. She was coordinated and very responsive counsellor. I'm still grateful to IMC Team, they were very responsive and helpful.
