The program was well-structured and provided a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts. Mr. Debasish Mukherjee was very skilled and experienced. Materials were easy to understand and interactive sessions and group exercises helped in better understanding the concepts. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us to infect it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. I think the overall delivery of the class was great with very relevant real life illustrations used to help bridge theory to reality so thank you team IMC for supporting!

The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.
