Ms. Neetu was very good in explaining topics and the pace of coaching was great. She was clear about the topics and very well managed to explain the Topics. LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

Thank you for a great course. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply and the trainer Mr. Shashi has a unique style of presentation which helps me a lot during the course.
