However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. The program is comprehensive for those who want to learn about lean six sigma. Sufficient materials are provided for learning. The trainer is proficient and expert in training and teaching the program. Zeba is good communicator.
