Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

Neetu is well versed on conducting the training. Very patient in answering questions. Possesses good knowledge and in sharing techniques.Counselor is very much accommodating.

Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. They are really concerned about you finishing the course.

Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms. Rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
