It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule.Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in class room training as well as in telephonic mode .He has cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually.
