Training session was excellent providing deep insights to the course with real life examples and methods. Zeba has been exceptionally cooperative and helpful. She's always available to your needs and never misses to solve any of your problems. I'm glad to have pursued the run through of the course and constant support from her. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. It was really an awesome journey despite having work and busy. I take interest in reading the six sigma for dummies it widens my knowledge of the techniques that I can apply not just at work but also in real-life situations.
