The program was really great, though it was held online but it is actually interactive and the full lectures including the recorded videos are shared by the training consultant. Zeba was very supportive and encouraged me to take the training. Glad to have met her. Michelle was very supportive and on-time to respond both in mail and whatsapp.

This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.

I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

The professor was a great help to achieve the certification. Easy understanding and explaining the concepts. Very professional. Very helpful and best assistant for proper guidance regarding the process. Very helpful and fast assistance if any clarification about the classes.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. Ms. Soumya is always available to solve any kind of my queries and she is very co-operative. She is always willing to help out anytime. A very responsive and supportive Service Team.
