This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.

It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. I don't have enough words to thank you but your efforts in helping us through this program is unbelievable. The services were well delivered during the program without any interruption. The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night. She deserves commendation and anything that will lift her ego up. Michelle Oronan is timely in sending the materials.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

The trainers and the provided learning materials are as complete as you can get with regards to the industry knowledge and global standards that are implemented within the different industries. Ms. Rose is always accommodating to all the queries I have about the program and had been patient in explaining the details of the program. The service team had been providing quick responses to the concerns.
