Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. He explained in detail the methodology adopted by IMC to impart such training. Besides, he was always available to guide in the right direction. The service team was apt in providing the technical support of uploading the course material and sharing the link for the same.

The program is fit for a self paced learners like me. CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class.
