The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present.
