The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. Dr. Mohamed said (Knowledge For All - KFA ) is the best trainer for lean six sigma belts due to his simple and accessible style and information delivery. The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. Mr. lislal trained us on all the concepts of PMP which were like an eye opener for me as to how we need to take a project and look into it... The training program was awesome.
