I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Mr Shashi is very humble and has a great presentation style. His method of teaching is phenomenal he has the skill of of letting his audience engaged in the coursework. Highly recommended. Sofia and Michelle are the best ones who goes extra miles to full fill the candidates expectations. Over all IMC is the best institute with great mentors and supporting staffs.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Overall the training was good and speaker was very motivational, Quick answering and good faculty. Faculty is very energetic and keep the entire team awake throughout the session.
