The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. Mr. Viplav Sharma and Frixie have helped a lot and are very responsive. A special thanks to Mr. Viplav Sharma for getting me into this Lean Six Sigma course with his honest approach regarding the course details. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.
