Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!
