The is flexible and it allows me to easily fit the training on my daily schedule and changes in work demand. The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. Ms. Zeba is very accommodating and responds quickly to all my inquiries despite the time zone difference. She makes sure that all the support needed to finish the program is provided.

I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!

My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

Excellent Program planning & Excellent Trainer. Shashi Sir is a great guide in explaining concepts in a very simple method. Great assistance was provided by Ms. Soumya & Mr. Gaurav Bharadwaj whenever required. Keep up doing great work.

Ms. Aliya support at her best. She is a great resource as she can understand the problems and find out the fastest way solution. As a counsellor, she put all her efforts to facilitate and guide as per needed. The service team is good and always ready to facilitate us.

The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.
