LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor. She guided me always and ask about whether I am enjoying the course and understanding it properly. She is an amazing human and too professional. Though I have not interacted a lot they are the best.
