The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.

Trainers have deep experience and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma of which one could not even doubt on how they are capable of molding students to be one of them. The program is very comprehensive and well processed. Trainers were well versed and very adaptive. Rose was very helpful and supportive. She is friendly and very professional too! The team has the best support and service. Always one step ahead of our needs.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
