I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. They will constantly check your progress and will offer assistance if needed.

The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving.
