Mr. Shahshi Prakash is the Best, A very committed trainer, We had all sessions always on time. The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Mr. Shashi is very flexible; he always makes sure that I understand each and every topic perfectly and practically, so with no doubt, I can utilize what I have learned immediately once back to work! I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us with very good examples of how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.
