The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. The program was really great, though it was held online but it is actually interactive and the full lectures including the recorded videos are shared by the training consultant. Zeba was very supportive and encouraged me to take the training. Glad to have met her. Michelle was very supportive and on-time to respond both in mail and whatsapp.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.
