I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. He explained in detail the methodology adopted by IMC to impart such training. Besides, he was always available to guide in the right direction. The service team was apt in providing the technical support of uploading the course material and sharing the link for the same.

The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded.
