The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

I would wholeheartedly thank Ms Vaibhavi for giving her full support during the process of the course she was very prompt and very quick to act when needed. A fabulous person and a very good helping hand and these types of people are valuable to any organisation once again i thank you and wish you the very best. God bless you. Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. He makes sure's ever point and every phase of the training is properly understood by everyone in the class. He is doing a great job, keep up the good work. Soumya is awesome and can go to any extant to provide the help and the support in any area. Everyone is very supportive.

I had a good time learning! The program was explained really well and the support was superb! I highly recommend it! Rose responds easily and quickly. If there are issues, she was able to fix it in no time!

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.
