Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt.
