Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations. The trainers are great too and very patient in explaining and discussing everything, bit by bit. The counsellors are very gratifying and cultured. With the knowledgeable inputs and advice from them, the entire course of the training is very pronounced and at the same time enjoyable.

Very useful course. The trainer is good one. Trainer is enthusiastic to teach and draw explanations on slides. She allows time for discussions and easily clarifies all the points. All counsellors in IMC are amazing. They are available 24/7 and they are really sincere in helping and guiding. They are actually the reason for which I subscribed with IMC.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter.
