I really enjoyed the course. It was very interesting and useful. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. The counsellor is so professional and skilled. He seemed to really understand and help me to achieve my goals. His advice and way of communicating has been really helpful.

It is a good experience for me learning Lean six Sigma and trainer was very good at explaining topics and clarifying doubts and really enjoyed a lot. Ruby Ma'am is very nice person and way of talking and responding is very good.

Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it. The Service team was very supportive in reminding us of the classes before hand and also in sharing the required notes in the group. Also, whenever required the team has privately supported all queries.

Trainer Mr Shashi is very good. Very well versed with the knowledge. His particle way of providing training is very helpful. Soumya is very helpful right from start of my enrollment. I have never seen consellor helping students at every aspect of training. She is one of best consellor I have seen. Keep up the good work , Kudos to her.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
