The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. The hours I’ve spent working with Ma'am Akhter have been the most valuable of my life. & now I feel equipped to do things differently. It’s been the most liberating and empowering experience and I’ve learnt things that will stay with me forever. Thanks, A fantastic organization! Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.
