Fabulous Trainer and the course is designed to have an in-depth understanding of six sigma right from basics. And my Counsellor is good.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.
