The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. The hours I’ve spent working with Ma'am Akhter have been the most valuable of my life. & now I feel equipped to do things differently. I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. I also want to give my thanks to my friends, colleagues and specially my family and my loving wife who supported me and motivate me in this journey. My counselor Rose de Luna, she was very much accommodating when ever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.
