The program is a highly competitive and structured one. Materials are well sync and presented. The fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma are well discussed as well as the course objectives and goals for Green Belt Level. I highly recommend this institution. The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.
