The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.

Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement.
