Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries.
