The program is great. I learned a lot and a good refresher for the LSS concept since my training for GB was 10 years ago. Rose is very helpful and always available to answer my questions.

The program covers all the aspects and is very useful in practical life, the trainer is very professional and has an excellent skill to transfer the knowledge. Michelle and Zeba are excellent.

Great explanation and presentation ways and good opportunities to ask questions and answered with complete explanation and exercise. Zeba was so supportive and I got full assistance from her whenever I needed.

I really want to appreciate and thank Pankaj sir and Shashi sir for being such wonderful teachers…. The way they were interacting with the students, the way of teaching, making the learning so interesting and explaining everything was excellent. Ms. Ruby my Counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. The program is excellent, not only because it is self-paced but also there are concrete examples given in every topic, and my counselor, Rose de Luna, helped in reminding me to finish the program.
