The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.

Zeba became my sole point of contact on this endeavor. She has been very helpful to me and have adjusted so much just to help me take this certification. The program is great and I have the liberty to study any time in my busy schedule. Zeba is very commendable and excellent customer advocate.

My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable. The Support Team as well played their part in the successful completion of Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.
