The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor. This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems. In fact, it was great learning, which gave us better insights to identify and resolve quality and production related issues. Surabhi is a wonderful person.
