The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us to infect it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher!
