I will suggest some of my friends also Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is really good and I main thing is that I have very hectic office time but this guy makes regular follow up with me and enrolled me. Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. I came across my counsellor Ms. Surbhi Tiwari when I was going through a rough patch and needed someone to help and listen my queries regarding Lean Six Sigma Course. Ms. Surbhi has been phenomenal from the very first interaction, always attentive, supportive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through Lean Six Sigma Training. Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. The trainer was very knowledgeable, professional, and shown expertise in a lot of manners during our Green Belt Class, Thanks, Mr. Shashi! Rose is very accommodating and quick to respond. I never got a hang time on my questions.

I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.
