I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long.
