The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.

IMC program is excellent as well Mr. Shashi. I can certainly say he love coaching, sharing his idea, experiences by giving examples in a real world set up. His professionalism in addressing questions from this students is extraordinary. Ms. Zeba is really helping me towards my journey in this course from green belt to black. It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!
