After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in the manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.

The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.

The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. It is a very detailed and intense program with educational video material and PDF documents. The video quality is great and the content depth is at a good level. It is more than my expectation. The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification.
