He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me.
