The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! A very positive training conducted in most professional way, the topics were discussed and even all the questions that was raised were answered and the doubts were also cleared. The trainers hold on topic was quite impressive and this made the difficult concepts very simple to understand.
