The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. It's a very good program that helps participants to gain stronger problem-solving techniques that all industries need in their candidates. Zeba manages the IMC center effectively and is able to solve customer problems during and outside working hours. The team members are available to serve customers on time and solve their issues.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization.
