The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

Sashi sir is amazing, the way he teaches in a such a practical manner is really worth applauding. I had all the help whenever required, and faced no difficulty. Vanshika did a great help and solved every query in no time.

My Trainer was Mr. Shashi Prakash. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional goes without saying. Along with that during training his passion regarding Lean Six Sigma could be witnessed. The sheer energy he puts in explaining a concept to ensure the foundation of learners is strong is commendable. Zeba Tabassum It was a valuable experience. Zeba has been of great help and counsellor from day one. From assisting on any query at any time of the day to resolving an issue faced, she has been extremely efficient and professional. Trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is very humble, Knowledgeable and helpful. Program is well designed and organized. If you add one project in it then it will be more effective. Counsellor is more like a friend. She always responds very quickly and effectively. She is very clear about her job and knowledge.

Mr. Shashi Prakash has provided valuable support and uses effective methods of Teaching, In order to transfer knowledge Mr. Prakash uses relation techniques in the best possible manner. My Counsellor was supportive & on time Support during the whole process. Good services, on time and responsible.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
