The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. Mr. Viplav Sharma and Frixie have helped a lot and are very responsive. A special thanks to Mr. Viplav Sharma for getting me into this Lean Six Sigma course with his honest approach regarding the course details. The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data.
