The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.

I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. I really appreciate her efforts in completing my course. Really a great experience to get certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Thanks to Ahmad for a clear understanding of the training and certification accreditations, for logistics, I really appreciate Sofia and Soumya for their timely support, finally the profuse knowledge of Six Sigma Mr Shashi Prakash, without him my training wouldn't be fruitful, so lucky to be learnt the concept from him...Highly recommend IMC Education for a better career.

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.

I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.
