The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.

The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. He has too much examples to bring the literature to the real world and for this, i am confident that i have the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
