I have not only gained knowledge but a position in my organization because of the program. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Mr. Shashi Prakash and i found him very qualified, experienced and he trained with real life examples with professional and conceptual methodology to explain all the applications and areas of learning.
