Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. The Service Team was accommodating on the WhatsApp group. They addressed the requests and needs of each and every one within the group. Information is supplied on time.

The trainers did huge efforts to ease the subject and they have shown high comprehension of the materials. Great appreciation for the efforts done by the counselor Ms. Zeba.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute.
