The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
